We have a continuous integration process using CruiseControl.NET where we install DNN and actually call, via scripts, the install.aspx page with mode=install and mode=installresources.  The packages that reside in the install/Packages folder never get installed, though, which means, the login page fails with the error:

Could not load the assembly 'DotNetNuke.Authentication.LiveID'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.

This is obviously because the LiveID package never got installed and its assembly is not in the bin folder.  Is there a bug in the resource installer for 4.7.0 that it isn't getting these packages and installing them?  Can we just move them to the install folder for modules to get it to work?
