Would this module work correctly? I don't want to buy something that will not integrate with the User Accounts (attempting to export them) inside of DNN

I can highly recommend the one from Workcontrol. It doesn't export accounts, but lets you assign control over accounts and roles in a very granular fashion to any user. It also has the export to Excel button and I was playing with that just last night. It exports the users visible on the list, so you can trim it down by letter or otherwise and just export sections if needed.
