Engage: Publish 4.5.0 was released today! You can download it from the Engage: Publish page assuming you have already purchased a license. You can purchase it now from our Buy Now page, it will be up on the DNN Marketplace later this week.

Release notes for 4.5.0 are in the Publish Wiki

For a quick summary, this release includes bug fixes, the Custom Display control can now be configured for both Article and Category lists at the same time, Author is now a displayable option (I use that quite a bit at www.corvettez06.org).

The biggest feature, though not yet fully implemented. We've added Tagging into Engage: Publish. Currently you can only tag items, we don't have the display side enabled, but we will in the next release! So you can now start tagging your content as it gets entered, and once we have the display functionality finished up you will be able to have your own tag cloud, and have articles linking to lists of other articles that are tagged the same.

As always, backup your site/db before you install/upgrade any module.

What is Engage: Publish?
Engage: Publish is the premier Content Management System for DotNetNuke. Engage: Publish allows you to organize and display your content within DotNetNuke. Configurations options are limited only by your imagination. All content entered and managed through Publish uses our custom versioning and workflow process so you can rest assured that administrators have the ability to approve content before it shows up live on your production website. You also get the ability to rollback to any previous version of content through our expansive versioning system. Uses for Publish include, but are not limited: Online Magazines, Newsletters, Product Catalogs, Blogs and many more types of content. The Publish module has been in development and in the hands of our customers for three years, with the first public release in January of 2007 after being reviewed by the DotNetnuke Module review process.
