Hi,

I'm struggling with this dnn stuff. I've installed dnn 4.7.0 and it was running fine until yesterday when I've disabled my login page by accident. Now I'm locked out of my site. I sent 2 tickets to support (no reply) and read loads of posts on how to fix it.

1) Try ?ctl=login at end of URL -> didn't work

2) Login to database and changed Portals Table, LoginTabId value back to "(null)". - i would like to but I cant login to the MSSQL database.

I opened the MSSQL Manager and when I use the database login details listed in my Helm under Domain -> Manage Databases they don't work.

Do I have to change a setting to enable this feature. Please please please help before I lose all my hair (well whats left of it)

Thanks, Ruairi

Ruairi,

You should be able to use the credentials that are specified in your web.config file with the SiteSqlServer key to login to your database. Have you given that a try? Also, after you change the value in the database remember to restart your site by making an arbitrary change in the web.config file.

take care,

Ian
