I have two clients for which I need to set up a Web store. They'd like to integrate it with DNN (a decision reached after looking at both standalone self- and remote-hosted stores). Their requirements are fairly typical, other than it must support digital delivery in addition to physical product, along with sales of online memberships. Although it is two different clients, I'd like to try to find one package so that I only need to learn one. We need to have the source code as well.
From the marketplace, it appears that there are three that could work for us. In no particular order:
- CATALook.netStore Pro and Booking Tools
- KodHoeZ StoreFront
- AspDotNetStorefront ML/DNN
AspDotNetStorefront is by far the most expensive, particularly per store, but seems to be the most comprehensive. Comprehensive is okay, I guess, but it's over the top with stuff we'll never need. The others are feature rich as well.
Does anyone have any experience with any of these, and can make a recommendation for or against? How are the companies to work with, and who do you think will be around for the long haul? Any other products I should consider?
Thanks!
