AFA I know, this is not fixed/corrected. Make it an issue in Gemini issue site, so it can be taken into account for the next version.

I don't want the 'created by' entry to display at the bottom of the Events Details page. But, if I remove it from the page display, the entire module errors out.

Michael posted a solution for this some time ago.

You can edit the code to hide it, but be aware that this will affect ALL module instances in ALL portals, and will be overwritten when you install a new module version!

If you have Events 3.3.8, then go to line 77 in file /DesktopModules/Events/EventDetails.ascx:

 <TR vAlign="top">
   <TD class="SubHead" vAlign="top" colSpan="3"><SPAN class="Normal">
      <asp:panel id="Panel1" runat="server" Width="331px">
      ...

and hide that table row with CSS:

  <TR vAlign="top" style="display:none;">
   ...

But don't simply delete that table row - the asp:Labels in it are required for the page functionality!

Hope that helps!
