In the page settings, you can choose where a page redirects to.  Under the Advanced Settings heading, there is an Other Settings section where you can specify the Link URL setting.  I believe this is what you are looking for.

I did it, but instead of redirect me to external site, it brings me to the page within my DNN site. Basically what I did was, I create an empty page which will redirect to external site. On the home page, I created a link which point to that redirect page. The reason I want to point to the dummy page first, because i want it to be seamless to the user that when they are not authenticated, they cannot go to that external site. Even though, if they copy the Url and paste it in the browser, they still can go directly to the external site. Can you please help me what I did wrong here? Thanks.
