I want to rename the "Add content" link that is present at the bottom of the Module

IS there any methods or a way to do so ???

You can use the language editor to edit the localization files for that specific control.

Most likely the key will be AddContent.Action.

can it be done through code as i want to name the "Add Content" link according to the module i am adding to my website, for eg; if my edit control is coded for adding some news rows into my table then i want to rename to "Add New Rows" where as if my Edit control has some logic of customozation the view module i want to rename it as "Customize".

if the module provides localizasability of this link ( and not uses a shared resource key) you can modify the text per portal, but you cannot adopt it per module instance on specific pages.
