Hi,

I am looking at localizing dynamic content like menu (or tabs), text/html , links etc on my site (in EN and CN). After going through a few threads I realize that the only solution could be creating 2 different portals for the same purpose! I am currently using the 4.07 release!

Is it still so with the 4.07 and 4.08 releases  ? Or are there other work - arounds ? Please advice!

the situation has not changed: to provide a portal in multiple languages, eithe provide multiple single language portals or create a multilingual portal using 3rd party localization components for pages and menu (available from www.effority.net, www.apollo-software.nl or dnn.tiendaboliviana.com) and multilingual modules, available from same developers or www.portalfabrik.net and others.

Multiple single language portals seem like the way for us esp. since we have in house translators.

Are there simple methods in which we can copy the entire english portal or duplicate it  onto other 'child' level portals since this could make the translation job easier!
