I am wondering, and I must admit I know nothing of SQL, how to write a SQL that will display results for only the logged on user. I want to display a value that is only true for the user who is viewing it. Also just a clarifying question, a SQL in the reports module, is this query executed at every page load? or is it only executed when you go through the settings wizard and do it manually?

Thanks in advance

Mark,

The most basic form of this query would be something like this:

select * from users where userid = 1

of course you would need to pass the current userid from the application, which you can get from the Portal Module Base....

does that help?

take care,

Ian
