I created my site on my local machine and then tried to upload to (godaddy).  I got it to work after some problems with SQL Express.  I followed some tutorials to fix my problems but then it made me reinstall the website like when you first create a new dotnetnuke site.  I had to create an instance of SQL Server through godaddy and then change some folder permissions.

First problem, none of the modules I had installed locally are available to use or install after the upload and new install.

Second problem, is there a way to upload all of the pages and info I had created locally?  Or do I just have to re-create everything?  The skins and containers uploaded fine but nothing else.  Please help if you can.
