I rolled back 2 - so I think that would be the 4.0.0

I have "solved" a similar problem by deleting all the files here, reinstalling, and it worked.

I understand that it is a hardward problem (not enough CPU or RAM or both)

The error is random but very rare when there is enough RAM to cover your current uses.

That is NOT a hardware problem. If you write a code that doesn't work properly it is a bug. The only reason why additinal RAM can solve your problem is that in this case the cache doesn't need to be released and the broken code that inproperly works with the cache doesn't throw any exceptions.
