If you make modifications to a .vb file then you need to recompile the .dll and replace the old one on the server. If you make changes to an .ascx file then you need to replace those on the server. If you can setup a test install on your local computer to make sure everything works the way you want it to before modifying the files on the server that would be a good idea as well.

Unfortunately, I could not get a .Net 1.1 environment up, I scoured MS and Google and  Between this and the events module calendar having some issues, I was up till 5am this morning. Work @ 8am this morning was pretty umm... "special" today..lol..

What really sux is I managed to fix neither.. and now on launch day I have to tell the client the ratings  will have to go away if he cant deal with multi-votes as well as the small calendar.
