Hi guys,

what many people would appreciate is an advanced book on DNN

(not a DNN for dummies).

A book about DAL,advanced modules programming, SQL data providers, fine tweeking etc

There are none.  In fact, most DNN books are too late to market to even have current information, the versions are updated faster than a production cycle can handle.

I have been anxiously awaiting this book.  The first time I saw the book it was supposed to be published in Sept. 2008,  I just saw on this post it was originally to come out in April.  I was just on Amazon.com and now the scheduled date is in Feb. 2009.

I am still looking forward to this book being published.  If I don't already know it all by then. :-)

Thanks,

Clyde

Thanks,

Funny enough, I had the similar experience with a nHibernate book.
