I've had decent experience with http://www.webhostforasp.net/.  ...but I only host a small family site and a personal site for development testing -2 domains from the same account, not sure how they'd do on business critical hosting ...still, I've rarely had any problem with them and their support has always been quick and efficient.  Of course, either of my sites could've gone down 100 times in the last year and I wouldn't have necessarily known it, but by the same token, it's never been down when I've gone to it either and I've never heard of any of my family complain.

I know I can send email from both of my domains (equivalent to their SQL Plan package - it was called Developer back when I signed up).  I chose them because they have lots of value, stay current and support latest technology, and support DNN which is what I use for my family site.
