Not sure what is happening, but placed an order using paypal for one of  DNN stuffs's products - aggregator.  Had a receipt from Paypal saying the money has gone... but the Forums on the DNN stuffs website isnt allowing me to download the non-demo version (doesnt show as an option).

Anyway, several emails to both support and sales email addresses has had not a single response... anyone know if they are on holiday or something? Anyone had similar poor service?

Richard @ dnnstuff is usually very good about support.

I just checked - the full version is there - it is in it's own forum above the demo forum. He probably just isn't around to give you access. Hang in there and give him a little time - I would be very surprised if you didn't hear from him in 48 hours or less.

Good to know you have had good service...wish I was on the receiving end as well :(

Purchased this last week.. several days have gone by with not a single reply to my emails to sales or support... Its like they are on holidays.

But.. just checked the forums, someone there answered something yesterday... so I have put in a forum posting there...perhaps something is wrong with there email system..

Hi All

Just wanted to let all know that all is now sorted... module looks great.

Partly my fault... paid by Paypal... I thought this came direct out of my account - but for some reason an echeck was sent..This took a week for everything to go through.
