Hi,

I want to develop somekind of e-journal.

I am thinking of an online magazine where people can download any article they want.

How can I start? Which module is the best way to start?

thanks

You can store the articles as PDF files that users can download and use the repositroy module, this way you can put brief description about articles, and set the permissions on who can download, and users can rate the articles.

check out the news article module from ventrian systems - very powerfull module could be used to build an ejournal  also check out the property agent module from ventrian systems - it could also be used as a e journal or newspaper allowing outside writers etc. The news arctle module would be the best the property agent would require you to design a template

If you subscribe to ventrian systems ( very low price for what you get) you get all the modules and the source to them. excellent support also.
