Server Error in '/DotNetNuke' Application.

Generating user instances in SQL Server is disabled. Use sp_configure 'user instances enabled' to generate user instances.

I would suggest following the advice from this Miscrosoft forum thread: Enable User Instances in SQL Server.

Scroll down a bit on the page -- the user KaBalweg has the 'accepted answer'.
