IE Browser (V 7) URLencode bug

While editing new wiki article from link -- say link is "ბმული" (ka-GE: "Link")

MF Browser produces URL -- correct URLencoded:
Default.aspx?topic=%E1%83%91%E1%83%9B%E1%83%A3%E1%83%9A%E1%83%98
and new wiki articles title is correct: ბმული

While IE produces URL -- errorneous:
Default.aspx?topic=ბმული
and new wiki articles title is errorneous: ბმული

The same happens while editing existing wiki article.

Click on "Edit" produces IE URL:
Default.aspx?topic=ბმული

But MF produces correct URL:
Default.aspx?topic=%E1%83%91%E1%83%9B%E1%83%A3%E1%83%9A%E1%83%98

this problem with all browsers , since i was using Ktomics till now, never solved. (EVERYBODy should write English) .

The way around is to have the link hard coded in the address bar, so you could type the full address and write it there in your own language, then edit it.

and obviously you have to link to it normally then.

I wish they can fisx it anyway.

But...

After "DNNFriendlyUrl" solved problem with add/edit pages (but for Firefox -- not for IE) -- new problem appeared...

This term while posting comments using Unicode text  (Firefox) -- after adding comment, comment's text is shown as "????????? ?? ?????"...

And using IE, while adding comment -- commet link produces URL: http://bpg.sytes.net/bpg/tabid/59/language/ka-GE/Default.aspx?topic=ერთი -- this is not correct URLencoded URL...
