What does this mean?

HOST_ALERT

<LogProperties><LogProperty><PropertyName>EventQueue.ProcessMessage</PropertyName><PropertyValue>Message Processing Failed</PropertyValue></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>ProcessorType</PropertyName><PropertyValue>DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.EventMessageProcessor, DotNetNuke</PropertyValue></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>Body</PropertyName><PropertyValue /></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>Sender</PropertyName><PropertyValue /></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>BusinessControllerClass</PropertyName><PropertyValue>DotNetNuke.Modules.Media.MediaController, DotNetNuke.Modules.Media</PropertyValue></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>DesktopModuleId</PropertyName><PropertyValue>64</PropertyValue></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>UpgradeVersionsList</PropertyName><PropertyValue>03.02.00,03.02.03</PropertyValue></LogProperty><LogProperty><PropertyName>ExceptionMessage</PropertyName><PropertyValue>Object reference not set to an instance of an object.</PropertyValue></LogProperty></LogProperties>

I am getting that all over my logs.

Thanks!

Your instance of the Media Module is experiencing a NullReferenceException.  The log you pasted doesn't give any additional information.  I do not see anything in Gemini about your error either.

It would be interesting to find out if anyone else is also having this problem. If not, I would suggest adding this as an issue in Gemini.  However, it would be beneficial to everyone if you could afford more details.  For instance, is you module working outside of the error being shown in the event log?  What kind of set-up of the module are you using?  Are there any other indications that the module is not working?  You get the idea, right?

I believe I am getting the same error:

EventQueue.ProcessMessage: Message Processing Failed
ProcessorType: DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.EventMessageProcessor, DotNetNuke
Body:
Sender:
BusinessControllerClass: DotNetNuke.Modules.Media.MediaController, DotNetNuke.Modules.Media
DesktopModuleId: 66
UpgradeVersionsList: 03.02.00,03.02.03
ExceptionMessage: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

The Media module has had this problem for a while now .. it has been in the forums over and over.  The fix should prbably be made into a pinned post in the Media Module forum so more people can see it.

You have to go to the EventQueue table (use sql server management console, or the host sql page).  Set IsComplete = true for any row in this table where it IsComplete is fals and module is Media.
