Using Image Gallery (or File Gallery) of FCK it is possible to create Unicode named folders -- which then gives critical error with "File Manager"...

Note: If Unicode named folder is created using "File Manager" -- there are no problems. But if file is uploaded into Unicode-named folder created using "File Manager" from FCK Image Gallery -- agein appeares critical error...
