I often get this message when I go into my web and check the "Event Viewer" should I be worry?

Application Shutting Down

Shutdown Details: The AppDomain shut down because of the hosting environment.

Typically you will get those messages after 20 minutes of inactivity, or after a change has been made to the web.config or other monitored directories.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it, but if you notice a longer load time after periods of inactivity you might seek a KeepAlive solution such as Host-Tracker.com's services.
