I have a user who logged in as a user with administrator rights, moved some documents around and now that user can't see the content of modules on the page.

I've tried deleting roles and adding them back in.

Every other user seems to work fine.  It is only this user.  I can't imagine what got messed up in the database so that all of the roles look right for this user.

The other funky thing is that the module container shows, just the content is missing.

Any ideas?

Ha! I've just logged in to report pretty much the same thing - only this time it's with my Host account! Weird thing is it's only on one portal where I can't see the content of the modules or the full admin drop down menu for each module in edit mode. Switching to view mode shows the content but then of course it can't be edited... I created a new host level login and that works fine, so it's just the host account broken for that portal.

What version of DNN are you running? I'm still on 4.5.3 - too many commercial modules likely to break if I upgrade :(
