The next message is desplegated in my portal. for example sometimes when I log In in my portal the page is desplegated correctly but sometimes is desplegated the error message System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission. WHY? How I fix this problem.

A critical error has occurred.
Request for the permission of type 'System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

You might want to check your site directory and its subdirectories/files to be sure that the appropriate permissions are in place.  If this is on Windows Server 2003, then make sure that the Network Service account has modify permissions to the site directory and all of its files and subdirectories.  Otherwise, do the same for the ASPNet account.
