I need a module for a form that would be used before users download somethings on our site. We need to catch somo information from users who download stuff from our site. So that I need a module in which I can define the second landing page when users click on the "submit" buttom.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Why you can just add more fields to build-in registration page?

If this is not solution there is more modules for forms - it depends on your requirements. You can modify some of free modules - feedback module or module from http://www.helferlein.com/. You can also try for free our  commercial solution from http://components.init.si/. There is more commercial modules on snowcovered or marketplace that can do this.

Kind regards,

Primoz
