In my file manager (DNN 4.7.0.) I see a tree of directories and subdirectories. But when I open a listbox, e.g. the iconfile-directory on a pagesettings page, I see only three directories, no subdirectories. I tried to synchronise the filesystem in the filemanager (also recursive), but this doesn't work. I'm logged in as host, so there should not be a problem. I also checked the file/directory permissions in Windows, but the settings are the same for all directories! We have about 120 DNN sites running here, but this is the only site with this problem.

No, there is no error. But wait: I checked the database and saw that all folderpermissions where deleted, except for the folders I saw in the listboxes. So, I went to the filemanager, picked a 'bad' folder, and just saved the settings (permissions). Now the entries came back in the database and this folder appeared in the listbox again. I heard from the websiteadministrator, that he placed a second filemanager on the 'filemanager'-tab. I think this started the problem. He only has to save al folderpermissions again. A hard lesson learned.
