Has anyone heard when 4.8.1 may be released?

I need to upgrade and assume that will be the final stable 4.x version.  Thanks.

Sebastian,

Sounds like you are tired of being asked that question.

My question was not meant to annoy the core team, rather to ask if anyone had heard anything.  I have seen in the past when the core team would say things like: the 1st Cambrian release will come out late Q1 or early Q2.  This was all I was looking for...if anyone had seen that type of posting for 4.8.1.  I assume not.

Thanks for all the work you and the core team do on DNN!

Even when the core team releases a road map, the release dates are nebulous at best.  And rarely accurate.  I doubt this is ever going to change.

It will be released in the first half of 2008.

If you look at the change log in gemini, a lot of work has been done on it. Your first give away on when it will be released is when it's dogfood.
