I have even given full control to the NETWORK SERVICE user and I still get...

Access to the path 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke6\web.config' is denied.

I have restarted IIS and VS and the Computer...

Still get this permissions error when trying to build for the first time.

Seems like the only way I can get the Starter Kit to install DotNetNuke is by simply selecting all the defaults, including running from file system and usines sql express and then running in auto install mode.

I may have to try to download and setup the Install files instead of the Starter Kit
