Two credentials seem to have disappeared on my dnn install. First Name and Last Name seem to be lost. They don't appear on the Management page. You can still fill them in when you register. Can anyone help me? I recently added a whole lot of properties to the profiles. Is there a bug or did I do something wrong to delete these two credentials that I am not aware of? Is there maybe settings that will make them visible again?

I also noticed that you can't delete them, but they are missing from the management page.

I'm running DNN4.8
