In an attempt to create a new page to my website, I mistakenly used "copy existing module" and created a shadow copy. Now, I have two pages that are linked: One I want to keep, one I want to delete - and I'm not confident that I can just delete the page I don't want without impacting the page I want to keep. Thanks!

Hi Sarah - You could take a safe route and temporarily "hide" the page you will eventually delete by setting the pages permissions.  Click the page you would like to eventually remove.  In the upper left corner of your browser window you will see a set of six "Page Functions".  Click "Settings" and under the "Basic Settings" section locate "Permissions".  Locate the row with "All Users" and make sure both are unchecked - basically, the "Administrators" role will be the only one you will want to have, and must at least have, checked.

You could then create a simple scenario by adding two temp pages and copy modules between them, and see what happens when you delete the "host" or original page.

Also, are you familiar with the "Recycle Bin"?  It is under Admin > Recycle Bin.  I have used this and never have had an issue.  You can delete a page or module and recover it from the recycle bin.  I would recommend that you try this, even if it is with a test page, so you are comfortable with the fact that any page or module you may accidently delete in the future can be easily recoved.
