How do i shut of the annoying Ajax hover edit icon?

you know that thing that pops up when the cursor hovers over a module... in IE7 it keeps covering the solparts menu in my containers.

This is probably a comon problem but i havent figured out what to seach for when looking for material about how to deal with this issue.

Login to your site as the admin user.

Navigate to Admin -> Site settings

Expand Advanced Settings, then Expand Usability settings

Uncheck the box for "Inline Editor Enabled"

Click update and you are good to go!

yay! thank you that solved my problem :)

that thing was ironicaly killing the usabilaty

of my website oh well its resolved now.
