Pfft, this isn't easy to install really is it?  I've finally managed to get as far as installation process and it's failing on what appears to be a bug with one of the SQL scripts, the error displayed in the box says,

Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...Upgrading Database to Version ERROR: See c:\Inetpub\vhosts\harmonicvoid.m6.net\httpdocs\dotnetnuke\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\04.04.00.log for more information...FAILURE 400 - Conversion from string "ERROR: See c:Inetpubvhostsharmon" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

The it just sits there whilst the progress bar continues, giving you the illusion that it's still doing something, but I've waited for a while and I don't think it is.  Any idea how to proceed?
