Using Dnn 4.08.00

I am not sure when in the last couple of week it happened, but I noticed today that my logo was missing.  I logged on as the host account and ventured into the portal setup (Admin --> Site Settings).  Under the appearance tree, I have a "You don't have Permission to see the files on the site" error for both the Logo and Body Background.  From the File Manager I can see all of the files in question and as far as the folder permissions themselves, Network Service has sufficient privileges to do whatever it needs.  Any ideas???

Go to your admin, file manager and do a recursive re-sync. I've seen this several times and that seems to clear it. If that doesn't work then re-apply the permissions on those folders - even if they look correct.

There have been one or two threads on this and I think it might have been picked up for 4.8.1 - not sure though.

Thanks Rob.  Re-syncing did not work, but re-applying the permissions did.

I'm having the same problem.

Re-syncing did not work, and re-applying the permissions on the server did not work either.

Any other suggestions ?

Frank, did you re-apply the permissions in the DNN file manager, not on the web server... that should deal with it.
