Hi,

I am developing my first module (in C# and the DotNetNuke 4.8.0 Starter Kit) and I don't know how to debug it, I put break points into the code of my module and press F5 but VS doesn't stop there. I looked the link http://forums.asp.net/p/940805/1124539.aspx#1124539, but the first option doesn't works. When I try the second one after I press attach, the options F5 and Ctrl+F5 becomes disabled, so I can't start the site. I also looked the link http://www.bitethebullet.co.uk/DNNModuleDevelopmentFAQs/tabid/61/Default.aspx in I've got a problem with a module I'm developing, how can I debug it? , But i didn't find the property window of the module in Visual Studio 2005 to try what it teaches. How can I debug a module?

Thanks in advance,

Kau.

If you are running DNN based on a configuration within IIS.  IE you have created the site in IIS and you can access the site WITHOUT using VS to run it, the attach to process method should work to debug.

Is your module compiled in debug mode?
