Does anyone know of a 3rd Party module for DNN that will allow you to check-in and check-out files, keep track of versioning, and allow direct editing of files that you open in DNN (I'm talking about files that I upload through FileManager and that will reside on my DNN server and/or SQLServer DB).

Thanks in advance.

Have you seen Document Exchange 4?

Yes, I saw that. Unfortunately we're not running SQL Server 2005 yet, so I can't use it.  Thanks

Actually,  I didn't see the DMX3 on their website.  It looks like that does work with SQL Server 2000, so this might be a viable option.  Thanks

Hi Mike,

DMX 3 will work with SQL 2000 out-of-the-box. DMX 4 was optimized for SQL 2005/Express. You could 'hack' it to work on SQL 2000 by replacing all references to NVARCHAR(MAX) with NTEXT in the SQL scripts. Don't hesitate to contact me if you want more info.
