Hey all,

I'm writing from FusionCharts Team (http://www.fusioncharts.com). We develop dynamic flash charts for web. For quite some time now, we've been thinking of porting FusionCharts Free - http://www.fusioncharts.com/free (our completely free flash charting component) to DotNetNuke.

Before we get to development, I was wondering if I could have some feedback from community, specially:

  • Is there a need for such kind of charting in DNN?
  • If yes, what charts from the suite would you like to see implemented?
  • What features would you like to have in the visual configuration screen?
  • And what data sources would you like to chart?

Additionally, we're also looking for volunteers to help us develop this component for DNN - we can work on both paid/volunteer basis, depending on the profile.

Thanks,
Pallav

Hi Pallav,

I want to use a charting component for my Poker League module on PokerDIY - I want to display scores and winnings graphically. I have yet to decide what component to use - it's going to depend on ease of implementation and visual looks. This project is a few weeks away for me, so I can have more feedback for you then when I know my own requirements better.
