Do you know any cheap PDF editor that can split the PDF file in separate pages?

I can't give you any definite recommedations as I've never had to use an editor side of interractions with PDF files. However, I had to replace Adobe PDF Reader on one of my computers because Acrobat just wasn't working - throwing errors all the time. So, I found and very happily used FoxIt PDF reader. They also have Editor - check it out here - seems to be pretty cheap, too.

To open a pdf to a particular page, use the following syntax in your URL

../../My_File.pdf#pagemode=bookmarks&page=3

So, it would work with any multipage PDF? No special hooks needed?

That's pretty cool...
