Yes, it's trying to load the skin.css three times, but it isn't finding it anywhere.

It's looking for it here: http://www.kinetichotshot.com/Portals/KineticHotShot.com/Skins/black/skin.css

and here: http://www.kinetichotshot.com/skin.css

but it doesn't exist.

So long as the skin style sheet is called skin.css, and it is present in the skin folder, then you don't normally need to link to it from your skin file. Make sure the skin.css is actually present in the folder, then also check the skin.ascx file and see if you have specified a style sheet link.

When I created the skin package and uploaded it I included a skin.css file.  As a matter of fact I just checked the FTP and it is in the same folder as the skin.ascx.

In an attempt of desperation I included a link to the  skin.css file.  That didn't fix the problem apparently.

OK, after a little more research.  I was storing kineticfreight.com in the directory "portals/kineticfreight.com", I temporarily enabled directory browsing to see if I could browse to the directory.  When I clicked on the kinetichotshot.com directory I got a 404 error.  I then deleted the portal and recreated it this time I stored it in the directory "portals/kinetichotshotcom" and everthing works.
