combine all fields text into a string variable, e.g.

Dim myStr as String  = "<h1>" & subject.txt & "</h1><p>" & content.text & "</p>"

I am now able to transmit additional fields by placing within string, but it only worked with:  Imports System.Net.Mail
Using:  Imports DotNetNuke.services.mail.mail.sendmail, must require different syntax for executing the:  emailClient.Send(message)

Once those syntax are corrected, there are two new issues:
1. The "<h1>" "</h1></p>" "</p>" & "<br>" coding is viewable within email?
2. The email is going to default email client Junk Mail?

  1. you should need to import DotNetNuke and call one of the overloads of DotNetNuke.Services.Mail.Mail.SendMail(From, To, ...), don't you use VisualStudio with Intellisense? Have a look at the bulkmail.vb file or feedback module as an example.
  2. I assumed, you are using HTML format, otherwise simply concat like
Dim myStr as String = subject & "\n" & body.

The string needed <body> tags to corrcetly add the line breaks, paragraphs, etc.
Dim myStr As String = "<body><p>" + txtName.Text + "<p>" + txtEmail.Text + "<p>" + txtPhone.Text + "<p></body>"

I then added fields one-by-one following the same format:
Works Correctly:  Dim myStr As String = "<body><p>" + txtName.Text + "<p>" + txtEmail.Text + "<p>" + txtPhone.Text + "<p>" + txtAddress.Text + "<p></body>"

But once there are more than (4) fields added to string, it reverts to showing all code emails.
Emails this:  <body><p>Name<p>Email<p>Phone<p>Address<p>City<p>State<p>Zip<p></body>

When the additional code format has stayed the same, why is it only recognizing first (4) four fields?
