Short  install giude:

1. Add a database and mark for you the username and password.
2. make sure you can upload the files of the install package to the basic folder, otherwise create a virtual folder, and a folder in your basic domain folder then upload the files.  Basicly I recommand not using the install wizard and modified the web.config settings ( setting the 2 SQL ConnectionStrings, and change some other points you needet).
3. Setting the permissions for the IIS and the pysical folders like description in the install Manual ( you can get it from this side).
4. Call your domain in your webbrowser.  Install will starting, if you ahve set the config manually check the auto install and go to next. Otherwise check the model you want to run the install wizard make your settings and go on.  Some install log will viewed, and if it without errors you can check "start your portal" link.  

Ask your hosting provider about some special settings you must have before goining to install.  If the install process have done starting to run and failed, you have uninstall the databaseuser and the database and create new.  Then restart with point 2.

Browse to your web site and log in.  :)
