Can someone show me how to get the current logged in user's email address for DNN. I am building a module that needs to run a query on the user's regirstered email address. I have tried many combinations but I just can't get it. I need to get this email address while in the code view of the module. It most have something to do with an import or maybe a global variable? Please help.

cgountanis,

The PortalModuleBase class holds the current user's UserInfo (DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase)

The UserInfo class has an Email property. (DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserInfo.

If your module inherits from PortalModuleBase you will easily be able to retrieve the current user's email address by retrieving the UserInfo object.

Take care,

Ian
