Hello Everyone,
I have developed a website portal and used two Page templates in it. every thing is working fine, but i m facing a problem when i want to modify my page template and want to apply those changes on my portal web pages it just dont work. but when i create a new page that template work perfectly fine.
please if anyone help me on this regard i will really appriciate it.

When I messed around with page templating I was only able to get it to work going forward (creating new pages), and not retroactive. You could also hard code the token for modules (that offer that option), into your skin's ascx file. Or you could select a module appearing on one of your pages (that you want to have appear on all pages) and I believe there's a setting under the module menu's that gives you an option to display the module on all pages. I found this worked best but I had to create new content areas within the skin to make the modules show up where they were supposed to. Hope that helps. Mike

Thanx alot for your help Mr.memond. So at the end of the day it is for shore that you cannot update your page template and the whole work so far which we have done is all going to go on our recycle bin. so if any one can modify this option we would really appriciate his/her work.

but as some one said All is well if it ends well.
