why do you try to upgrade from 4.8.0 to 4.8.2? I stongly suggest to upgrade to latest DNN 4, currently 4.9.2.

When upgrading from DNN 4.6.2 or later, simply backup all files and database, unzip all files from upgrade package  hierarchically into the DNN installation directory, overwriting existing files. Browse to the home page of your site (if you diabled autoinstall in web.config, you need to browse to /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade).
