Hi Burldo, hi Hans

setting the EventQueue entry IsComplete flag to True will cause the entry not to execute any more, thus the error listed in the event log should be a new one, isn't it? Could you check and post again? I hope someone else has any other idea, since this warkaround worked fine on my installation.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

Hi Dario,

I appreciate your help, and I am sure I missed it, but where do I find the "EventQueue entry IsComplete flag" so it can be changed ?

Thanks.

Thanks, Bill

Hi BillQ,

the IsComplete is a field in the database, each record in the table has that field set to true or false, take a look:

Snapshot of the database.

You will need at least Microsoft SQL Management Server Express or a similar tool to make tha change.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

I have upgraded to 4.8.4 and I don't have either the Image or Media modules installed. But I am getting this error as well.

Does this provide more clues? I am running ASPDotNetStoreFront and having problems with the cart page and they are referencing this as a possible error that needs to be cleared up before they will continue to investigate. I cannot see how this could be related to cart errors, as these errors don't get triggered from anything on the cart, they just show up randomly.
