I have a set of portals running. One of the portals seems to be running seemlessly for hte most part. My second portal from the same DNN install won't allow registration. When I select the 'registration link' from the login module I get the following screen...

If you notice the last line, there's an empty space in the URL. The actual URL is:

http://blah.blah.blah:81/XXX/Home/tabid/133/ctl/Register/returnurl/%20/Default.aspx

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /itsportal/Home/tabid/133/ctl/Register/returnurl/ /Default.aspx

Server Error in '/ITSPortal' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

If nobody knows about this issue, does anyone know where the registration link is stored? I could manually edit the link if I knew where it was supposed to be located.

Thanks,

Rob

But you'll be much better off if you just upgrade to the latest version...

By the way, that link is in /admin/Authentication/Login.ascx and the function you want to adjust is in Login.ascx.vb in the same folder.

Vitaly,

THANK YOU! I ended up shifting to DNN 4.8.2, but I appreciate the helpful response. I did try and run a search, but apparently my search wasn't formed well.

Thanks,

Rob
