anyone know how i can change the required username length? now it requires 5 but i want to reduce that to 3?

any help is appreciated.

this is specified in the membership section of your web.config file.

thanks, but unless i'm blind or stupid (or both probably), i cannot find any setting that allows the length of the username to be changed. The password length can be changed but again i can't find anything for the username.
