Maybe you're already aware of this, but we just experienced the above issue not with sorting, but with filtering.

We filter based on Attributes, and if we filter on any attribute, the document downloads are wrong. The downloads appear to retain their page positions from when all items were showing.

This issue has been given a priority of "Trivial," but for our company it is anything but. In fact, it's a show stopper. I know it was reported only recently, but do you have any idea when you will be able to address it?
