I only want one blog, and I've noticed some of the features are more geared towards supporting multiple blogs.

-the "Author:", "Created:", "(blog name)", that appears on the top of the blog, can this be removed?  its sort of unnecessary since I am only going to have one blog anyway.

-when you click on a blog entry, it goes to the entry page where you can add comments, and below the post it has the links that say "Blogs" and "(name of blog)".  Since I only want one blog, is it possible to remove that "Blogs" link?

-Trackback: how does this work?  when I click it it just loads a page with some xml on it...

-Archive calender:  when I click on a past day that i know has entries on it, it says there are no entries...is this a bug?

I'm using DNN 4.08.02, and the blog module is version 3.04.00

and it looks like the archive calender is functioning correctly now...

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the blog module.  I think you may find that some of the changes you need to make require changing the ViewBlog.ascx file.  There's a similar post here that may find useful if this is the case.

Thanks,

Don
