We have configured the same PayPal Payment Processor, Processor UserId and Password on a Parent and on a Child portal.  When subscribing to a paid service on the Parent portal we get to the PayPal site but when performing the same task on the Child Portal we do not get to PayPal but to the Parent Portal homepage.

Site Settings > Payment Settings are configured exactly the same and clicking on the "Go to Payment Processor Website" link works in both places.

What gives?
