At thebottom of each portal there is a "Terms of use" and "Privacy Statement" link that incoporate the name of the portal into the text. I am assuming this is sine type of a merge document form that accesses the portals database info. My question is - can we create new forms that are used accross all of our portals that similarly incorporate the individual portals data, e.g. Name, address, phone number, email, etc. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Terms of use and Privacy statement are treated specifically, but there is a built in feature called TokenReplace, that can be used in BulkMail and Text/HTML module, please check out this post: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1547/Default.aspx

A preliminary version is used inside the UserDefinedTable module and currently the UDT 3.4.0 manual provides most covering documentation for this feature.
